PT Emas Raya is looking for an Assistant Store Operator to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and operation of our store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for retail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock taking, ordering, and restocking.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and well-stocked store.,Support the Store Operator in implementing sales promotions and special events.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support to existing team members.,Maintain accurate records of store operations and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
