You will train and mentor our baristas, oversee inventory management, and implement quality control measures to maintain our reputation for excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily coffee operations, ensuring high-quality beverages are served to customers.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain and improve their skills.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of coffee beans, equipment, and supplies.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain consistency in beverage preparation.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new coffee menu items and promotions.
• Monitor and report on beverage sales and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in coffee brewing (e.g., SCA, Q Grader) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
