📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes.,Implement and monitor production schedules and targets.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Address and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant production management software.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
