📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise laboratory operations, including daily workflow management and resource allocation.
• Conduct and oversee sample testing and analysis using advanced laboratory equipment such as XRF, ICP-OES, and XRD.
• Ensure all laboratory activities comply with international and local standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor laboratory technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and accurate sample collection and analysis.
• Maintain detailed records of all laboratory activities and results, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
• Participate in quality assurance and control processes to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and achieve operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the mining industry.
• Certification in laboratory management and quality assurance (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025, QA/QC).
• Proven experience in supervising laboratory technicians and managing laboratory workflows.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to the mining sector.
• Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LIMS, LabSoft, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
