PT Media Emas is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Kendari. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of accounting principles, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting the finance team in various accounting tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Support the finance team in various accounting tasks and projects.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Provide administrative support to the finance department.

Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (preferably in a similar industry).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Good understanding of tax regulations and procedures.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
