📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, including corporate and personal taxes.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including financial planning and analysis.,Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.,Monitor and control internal financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure financial accuracy.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and providing strategic financial advice.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior management and external stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address financial issues.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
