📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the company.,Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing business strategies.,Manage and mentor the management team to ensure effective operations.,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for the board of directors.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive business growth.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.,Proven track record of financial management and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
