Sumber Joko Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Assistant Sous Chef to join our team in Parepare. As an Assistant Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Assist in special event preparations and catering services.,Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Valid cooking license is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
