📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.,Train and develop staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor and report sales performance and customer feedback.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and promotions.,Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food service industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian food and beverage industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
