Additionally, you will conduct regular training sessions, provide one-on-one coaching, and offer ongoing support to ensure our employees are well-equipped to handle the latest technologies and products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs on technical gadgets and product expertise.
• Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and hands-on workshops.
• Conduct regular training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower our teams.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and ongoing support to ensure employees are well-equipped to handle the latest technologies and products.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their specific needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the technical gadgets and product industry.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Training and Development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, preferably in the technical gadgets and product industry.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of training software and tools, such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
