📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service and quality.,Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering, and budgeting to optimize costs and profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and budgeting.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
