Berkah Jaya Laundry is seeking a dedicated Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Kuta. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry fleet and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the laundry fleet, including scheduling and route planning.,Monitor the performance of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and maintained properly.,Oversee the loading and unloading of laundry equipment and materials.,Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and service schedules.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet coordinators.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations for the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related field.,Proven experience in managing and coordinating a fleet of vehicles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
