As a Deputy Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new recipes, train junior chefs, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new recipes and menus.
  • Supervise and train junior chefs to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including scheduling staff, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the kitchen.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the company's standards and customer expectations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team of chefs.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with local and international cuisines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
