NEXUS Berjaya is looking for a Deputy Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Team in achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Team in achieving sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and support.,Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Process and manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and management of sales events and promotions.,Provide training and support to new sales representatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
