📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.,Help with food preparation and plating for events and catering services.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a kitchen environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
