📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage warehouse equipment and maintenance schedules.,Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
