📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on brewery equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and upgrades to our equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
• Participate in shift work to ensure 24/7 coverage of the manufacturing facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with brewery equipment and machinery, including pumps, valves, and conveyors.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar systems.
• Certification in relevant safety standards, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
