📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brewing and preparing a variety of coffee drinks using espresso machines, French presses, and other brewing equipment.
• Creating and perfecting coffee recipes to meet customer preferences and industry standards.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of coffee products by following strict brewing procedures and quality control guidelines.
• Interacting with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintaining and cleaning coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
• Assisting in inventory management, including ordering and restocking coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and brewing techniques.
• Contributing to a positive and productive work environment by maintaining a high level of professionalism and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including espresso, drip, and pour-over techniques.
• Certification in coffee brewing or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of coffee beans, flavors, and the ability to taste and evaluate coffee quality.
