📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with culinary software and kitchen management tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate.
