📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of shop assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer issues promptly.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.,Train and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate financial records.,Promote the store and products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role in a retail environment.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
