GLEAM Jaya is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our team in Kediri. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for helping users understand complex technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure accuracy and clarity,Create and manage technical diagrams, charts, and other visual aids,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and guide junior technical writers,Participate in product development and design discussions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Experience with documentation management systems,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
