📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
  • Evaluate training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Mentor and coach junior trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the training team, ensuring they meet their performance targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
