You will work closely with our team to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and implement learning solutions using tools like Moodle and Google Classroom.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop curriculum.
• Utilize learning management systems like Moodle and Google Classroom to create and manage online courses.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
