📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for construction projects.
• Manage and track sales pipelines, including lead generation, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Support the marketing team in creating and executing effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Assist in the management of customer relationships, including maintaining customer databases, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the construction industry.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to ensure that marketing and sales efforts align with project goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in marketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using marketing and sales tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
