📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with selecting and trying on eyewear, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Collaborate with opticians to ensure customers receive the best possible eyewear solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the eyewear industry.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Promote our brand and products through friendly and engaging customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the eyewear or optical industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic POS systems and retail software.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Passion for customer service and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Basic knowledge of eyewear terminology and products is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
