📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the specific needs of each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make informed hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral sources.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
