Fresh Fast Ekspansindo is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Pontianak. We are a dynamic and growing company in the food and beverage industry, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about finding the best talent to help us achieve our goals. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we are attracting and hiring the best candidates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with hiring managers.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
