📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the business,Ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all operations are running seamlessly,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations,Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong background in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in operations management
