📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Provide support to the training and development department as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training programs and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Experience in using training software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
