As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets through effective communication and relationship-building with clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners in the tourism and hospitality industry.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
