📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to management.,Manage the accounting department and coordinate with other departments as needed.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Handle audits and provide necessary documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
