As a Senior Data Management Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their data needs and develop tailored solutions that drive business value. You will also mentor and guide our junior consultants to ensure the highest standards of service and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in data management, analytics, and governance.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their data needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants to ensure the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate data quality and governance processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data management.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or governance.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Proven experience in delivering successful data management projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
