Figma is looking for a Support Engineer to join our AI Infrastructure and Tooling team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our AI systems and tools. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to identify and resolve issues, and help improve the overall user experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our AI infrastructure and tooling.,Work with engineering and product teams to identify and resolve issues.,Help improve the overall user experience by identifying and implementing new features and improvements.,Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of our AI systems and tools.,Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth integration of AI systems and tools into our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the AI industry.,Provide training and documentation to help users and teams understand and effectively use our AI systems and tools.,Participate in on-call rotations to ensure quick response times and resolution of critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,3+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably in the AI or machine learning space.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues.,Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.,Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
