ZENIX Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of inventory control. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Manage warehouse budget and resources effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations efficiently and effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
