• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of Kindergarten, Elementary, or English students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with parents and teachers to create a holistic learning experience for each student.
• Utilize educational software such as Google Classroom and Kahoot! to enhance the learning process.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.
• Participate in school events and activities to foster a well-rounded educational experience.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and diversity.
• Report on student achievements and development to the school administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Kindergarten, Elementary, or English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using educational software such as Google Classroom and Kahoot!.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a relevant teaching certification.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a nurturing learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience in working with underprivileged children is a plus.
