Haven Highland is a premier luxury resort nestled in the lush landscapes of Ubud, Bali. Our resort offers a unique blend of traditional Balinese hospitality and modern luxury, providing an unforgettable experience for our guests. As a Hotel Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our resort's reputation for excellence.

In this role, you'll handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and assist guests with their needs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our reception area, ensuring it's always welcoming and immaculate. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 6,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the reception desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Manage reservations and bookings, using our in-house Property Management System (PMS).
• Provide information about resort facilities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Assist with guest requests and concerns, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain the reception area, including the front desk, lobby, and waiting areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest operations.
• Assist with guest surveys and feedback to improve our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel reception software and PMS systems, such as Opera, Cendyn, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Must be able to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
