📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and social events, ensuring they meet client expectations and exceed their visions.
• Coordinate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and decorators, to ensure seamless event logistics.
• Design event layouts and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective and efficient event execution.
• Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are perfect.
• Provide excellent customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas into event planning.
• Manage and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality event execution and a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in Bali.
• Proficient in using event planning software such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Eventbrite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and staff.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with unique event ideas.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
