📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure exceptional performance.
• Develop and implement operational plans to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure compliance with budgetary targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to align F&B offerings with overall guest experience goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, high-service F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage cost controls, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Clover, or similar.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
