📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using SAP and other financial software.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Assist in month-end closing procedures, including preparing and reviewing financial reports.
• Support the finance team in any other duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or finance industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and other financial software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
