📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment.,Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation techniques.,Ensure a clean and organized work environment.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Passionate about coffee and committed to providing the best coffee experience.
