PT Feindo Sinar Maju is seeking a dynamic Lighting Sales Executive to join our team and drive our market expansion across Bali’s vibrant regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. In this role, you will be at the forefront of selling and promoting our high-quality lighting solutions, working closely with local architects, interior designers, and homeowners to bring innovative and energy-efficient lighting products to life.
As a Lighting Sales Executive at PT Feindo Sinar Maju, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. With a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 per month, this is your chance to grow professionally while making a significant impact in Bali’s thriving real estate and design markets.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, interior designers, and homeowners.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to demonstrate our lighting products and address client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all sales transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth and success.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with lighting design and installation best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
